DocuPRO reduces print costs and charges for copies per set rates. With DocuPRO you manage your complete output of paper flow. DocuPRO analyses, tracks and allocates usage of documents that are sent to network printers, desktop printers, multifunction devices or stand-alone copiers. 

Secure release printing
DocuPRO works on a follow-me/ you principal and only releases documents when users have identified themselves at the print device. Sensitive or confidential material is stored safely on the server print queue until identification is verified by the user at any print / copy device by means of a user card. 

IT simplified
DocuPRO reduces IT resource time, improves service down time and eases demand on help desks by centralizing equipment administration. DocuPRO is expandable from a small single server site up to multi-location sites with many servers and large quantity of printers / users.  

Stored value server or Stored value card
DocuPRO can be formatted as Stored Value Server (SVS) or Stored Value Card (SVC). In both cases a user card is required and a card reading terminal is deployed at the print / copy device.

·         SVS - In a SVS environment the user has an online account, held on the server.

·         SVC - In a SVC environment, the credit (Purse) is stored electronically on the user card.

Rules can be created to automatically delete, hold or re-route print jobs, limit the use of print devices by choosing who gets to print what and where, extract maximum value from high-volume usage of machines and save on equipment breakdown costs.

DocuPRO provides detailed and total activity reports allowing administrators to manage costs and improve efficiency throughout the environment. Managed reports equal increase in profits – reports can be generated to analyze printing and copying patterns. Analysis document usage, by user, departments or determines, which machines are over or under utilized.
