The Cloud Printing application creates a wireless print environment allowing visitors and staff to send print jobs to printers located within supermarkets, libraries, educational establishments, restaurants, office buildings or hotels.The Inepro Cloud Printing application cleverly creates a secure and independent platform for printing. 

»Versatile application

In order to increase convenience for your employees or customers Inepro’s Cloud Printing application supports any manufacture of mobile device,i.e. iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry or Nokia smartphones. The user can upload a print job or send print jobs directly via e-mail to a printer providing total flexibilty.

» Print jobs by email

Users can e-mail a print job to a printer, each printer has its own email account or users can receive an email containing a unique code to print at a selected printer, which further offers a secure printing solution.

» Print jobs via the web

Users can log on to a webpage to send their print jobs. Inepro offers three different Cloud Printing configurations:

1) Public users

These are users that walk into your establishment, like supermarkets, libraries, restaurants, fast food outlets, gas stations, etc. These users (visitors) have no connection with the organisation, but are still able to print. The flexibility to charge these users for their print jobs is available.

2) Semi Public users

These are users with a temporary user profile within an organisation such as hotels, trade shows or events. The user logs into a secure web page of the organisation with a temporary user code such as a room number or a given password.

3) Private users

These are users with a permanent user ID such as employees within educational establishments or office staff etc.

Retrieving a print job is simple by entering a code at a peripheral connected to any manufacture or model of multifunctional device (MFD) or printer. The flexibility to pay with coins, credit cards or an issued card like a hotel card, student card or library card is available.
