DocuPRO offers various reports that offers insights at user, department or cost centre level. You can assign printing costs to users, departments or cost centres. You can set usage limits, charge users when necessary, and offer the possibility to address "heavy users" on their printing behaviour.

Secure printing

Our print management solution secures the document flow within your organisation and helps to protect the environment. Users identify themselves at the multifunction printer and therefore only receive the printouts intended for them.

Print at your nearest printer

Printouts can be collected from any printer on the network. So just go to your nearest printer & release your print job with an RFID tag, student ID or school ID. You can also log in with your email address & password.

Quota or paid printing

Our print management system offers the possibility to set quotas for departments or individual employees. DocuPRO can also be expanded with payment solutions. This allows you to charge guests for using the printing facilities.

The KUARIO MFP Kiosk is a self-service kiosk application for multifunction printers. It allows users to print, copy, scan, fax & pay directly at the device. Users can also print directly from their mobile phone.

Send print jobs from your mobile phone

Sending & printing your documents has never been easier. All documents available on your phone or in your cloud storage (Office 365, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or Icloud) can be printed directly by sending the job to the MFP. The job is completed, after scanning a QR code on the MFP with the KUARIO mobile app.

Manage the MFP from the cloud

With the KUARIO MFP Kiosk application, all your MFPs can be managed from the cloud. Products & prices can be set remotely, the MFPs can be monitored, and sales & transactions are instantly visible. Users only need the KUARIO mobile app to use the system. This free app also gives users insights into all their transactions made.
