As an Account Manager at inepro, you will be an essential part of our growing commercial team. You will be responsible for managing and expanding the local branches of our global accounts in the United States and Canada. Additionally, you will handle several smaller clients in the region. Your primary focus will be cultivating and further developing the key accounts, collaborating closely with the Managing Director of inepro USA.
inepro is a leading supplier of innovative RFID readers and identification solutions. With the Spider as one of our flagship products, we offer high-quality RFID readers deployed worldwide in various applications. As part of inepro's growth ambition, inepro USA was established in 2021 to cater to the North American market. Alongside the Managing Director, you will contribute to the success of this new venture. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a broad and deep network within our customers' organizations in the USA and Canada, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor and better understand their needs.
• Guide customers in the sale of RFID readers, fostering sustainable relationships. Additionally, in the future, we aim to develop recurring services to strengthen these connections further.
• Actively identify and develop new clients and regional partners, adeptly engaging with various stakeholders, from product managers to service technicians.
• Collaborate closely with the local team of inepro USA, with a focus on customer-centricity, excellent service, and positioning our unique selling points.
• Regarding your involvement with our global accounts, collaborate regularly with the global account managers at inepro headquarters, leveraging your expertise in the North American market.
• Actively contribute to inepro's growth strategy and enhance our position as a leading supplier of RFID readers.
• bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering Technology, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within a technical environment with knowledge of RFID technology or the electronics industry. • Experience in a similar role, within the (multifunction)printer industry is a pre.
• A strong drive to deliver excellent customer service and build sustainable relationships.
• A proven track record in identifying new sales opportunities and promoting sales growth of technical products.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, both in-person and on social media, workshops, and trade shows.
• Self-motivated with a genuine "hunter" mentality, capable of effectively managing long sales cycles.
• Strong emphatic skills
• Fluent English, both verbal and in writing
• Spanish and French, both verbal and in writing is a pre.
Location and Working Hours:
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring office work and external customer visits.
You need to be able to travel anywhere within the United States and Canada.
