As an Area Sales Manager (Southern Europe) at inepro, you will be responsible for managing and expanding at least one global corporate account and handling a number of local clients in your specific region. Your main focus will be on further developing the key account by collaborating with the client to devise a long-term strategy. Building a broad network within the organization is crucial for this role.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing new clients and partners in the Southern Europe region (France, Spain, and Italy). Proficiency in one or more of these languages is essential to effectively communicate with potential clients and partners.

We are interested in speaking with you if you are capable of guiding our clients towards (recurring) services in addition to unit sales (box moving). We invite you to brainstorm with us during the application interview. Most of our clients operate with a high degree of autonomy per country, so we are seeking someone who can build a vast network and interact with people at all levels, from product managers to service technicians.

As part of an international commercial team, you will closely collaborate with other Account Directors to achieve joint global targets. With operations in Europe, North America, and South America, this role offers a dynamic and challenging environment in the international arena.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expanding and managing a global corporate account.

• Developing new accounts and partners in the Southern Europe region (France, Spain, Italy).

• Introducing new services to address customer needs and market developments.

• Translating customer requirements to the development department to stimulate product innovation.

• Managing local clients (e.g., distributors) in your region, including the development of new clients and partners in that area. Encouraging these clients to use an automated ordering portal will allow you to focus on relationship development.

• Identifying opportunities and devising strategies for success.

• Creating an area sales plan to achieve objectives in the assigned territory.

• Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers and contact networks within engineering, procurement, and product management organizations of clients.

• Collaborating with other Account Directors to achieve joint global targets.

Requirements:

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering Technology or Business Economics.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a technical environment, with RFID experience or a background in the electronics industry being a strong advantage.

• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

• Experience in identifying new opportunities, prospecting, and promoting sales growth with technical products.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, both in-person and on social media, workshops, and trade shows.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in Dutch, Spanish, or French is a requirement.

Location and Working Hours:

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from the office in Nieuw-Vennep (NL) or from home. Traveling to clients is a significant part of this role. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position are €75-90K, depending on your experience.
