Who are we?

inepro is a proud reseller of KUARIO and Nayax. Our products, solutions and services find their way to users worldwide via our headquarters in Nieuw Vennep. We currently specialise in contactless payments via direct pay (Nayax) and e-wallets via apps and back-office management software (KUARIO).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passion-driven colleague with knowledge of system administration. Within inepro, as a KUARIO and/or Nayax product specialist, you will be the point of contact for technical (IT) issues from customers, dealers and colleagues. You will focus on solutions for contactless payments (Nayax), Back Office Management Software and the application behind it (KUARIO). This is a very interesting and challenging position in which different industries and expertise come together.

What are you going to do?

The core of your full-time position is answering questions and solving (ad-hoc) IT issues from customers that are submitted by phone and mail. You must be able to analyse an issue accurately, keep on asking questions and promote the interests of all parties involved in a personal way to achieve a customer-focused solution. You do not do this alone, but together with your colleagues from the Customer Success Team. The working hours are mainly on weekdays during office hours.

The minimum requirements you should meet:

Ideally, you will have an HBO or equivalent degree and experience of working in an IT environment, or a keen interest to work in this arena. You are an analytical thinker and enjoy solving problems. You are a team player, making an important contribution to the team. You have excellent communication skills. You must have a good command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
