What will you be doing?
Building bridges! Every day, customers worldwide use our readers. Naturally, these customers have questions about the functioning of the products on different levels. Simple questions like:
How do you set up the reader to get the correct output from a card? How do I install the reader in a specific device, such as a safe or printer? Which version of the reader do I need?
But also more complex issues, such as using specific tools to update the reader remotely via a host device or troubleshooting if an installation isn't working as expected. In this role, you are the main point of contact for both customers and (commercial) colleagues. You delve into the applications of the products, make connections, and proactively assist customers. You enjoy researching, testing, and then communicating about it. Giving demos and training is an essential part of this role, occasionally at customer sites, both nationally and internationally. You can translate customer questions into technical terms and can explain technology from a commercial perspective. Thanks to you, R&D colleagues can focus on product development, while the commercial team works on expanding and maintaining customer relationships. Just like our product, the Spider, you are a crucial link in our network!
Who are we looking for?
A dynamic technical salesperson! You have a technical background, love investigating (technical) queries, and can effectively communicate your knowledge, both internally and externally. You have experience with both hardware and software, and understand that the combination of these components (e.g., an RFID reader, printer & document software) raises specific questions. Ideally, you have experience with RFID and understand the challenges of reading a particular ID. inepro operates globally, so knowledge of other languages and cultures is an advantage. A 9-to-5 mindset doesn't fit this role. You're a team player (obviously), don't mind specializing, and are available full-time. You also have a good command of Dutch, German, and English. Speaking French or Spanish is a plus.
Where will you be working?
You'll be part of the commercial team of 10 members. You'll closely collaborate with colleagues in the R&D department. We operate from a highly accessible, state-of-the-art building located at Pondweg 7 in Nieuw-Vennep, featuring amenities such as a relaxation room with fitness equipment, table tennis, darts, foosball, and billiards. We value team cohesion and frequently organize activities outside of regular work.
How will we reward you?
In return for your dedication, you'll receive a gross salary between 50 - 70K per year, depending on your experience and skill set, 8% holiday pay, and a travel allowance if you live outside Nieuw-Vennep.
