User-friendly payments
At Office Plaza, customers used to pay at the checkout for the number of prints. The employees of Office Plaza operated the Multi Function Printers and customers would pay for their prints or copies at the counter. Milko Sajet wanted to make this process more user-friendly and meet the ever-growing demand for mobile printing.
New payment system and partnership with Sharp
Because Sharp offers reliable performance at high volumes and meets its quality requirements, Milko Sajet decided to enter into a new partnership with this company. By integrating Sharp's and inepro's solutions, Office Plaza can now offer Print & Go, allowing customers to print from the Cloud.
Mobile printing
The customer collects the print document from the Cloud and pays directly at the Multi Function printer. In this way cash payments can be made via the inepro Paymatic Coin & Card, via the reader with a prepaid card, or via a subscription. The solution works well according to Milko Sajet. The mobile printing and the payment methods speak for themselves. For those customers who have a little more difficulty with the new solution, Print & Go is explained personally.
The installation of the Sharp and inepro solution was quick. Within a couple of hours the solution was implemented. In addition to the high quality, Milko Sajet considers it important that the number of prints, copies and scans can now be accurately registered and that its customers are offered ease of use and speed.
